Until the end of the last century, the former transhipment site of Van Gend & Loos in Amsterdam was a ragged no-man's-land. In the long bend of the Amsterdam-Utrecht railway line there is now an apartment building with 305 houses. This acts as an acoustic and visual shield for the residential park behind it. There are sixteen separate apartment blocks set in a green environment with a total of 246 homes.

LANDLAB was responsible for the natural, flowing design of the outdoor space.The park-like design is enhanced by the use of capriciously growing trees. In 2010, Robinia pseudoaccacia 'Sandraudiga', 'Bessoniana and' Casque Rouge 'were planted here. Robinias are good drought-resistant and good honey trees. Together with the natural growth method, they are therefore very suitable for this project.
