We supplied 22 pieces of Prunus 'The Bride' for the Kaiserswerther Markt in Düsseldorf, Germany. It are multi-stemmed shrubs of 300-350 cm high.
Due to archaeological finds, no trees can be planted at this location. By placing the trees in large dark gray planters, it is still possible to give the street a greener look. The ornamental cherries are planted in a special substrate.
In early April, before the leaves emerge, 'The Bride' shows a cloud of white flowers. The leaf emerges bronze-green and in summer it is fresh green. In the fall, this Prunus sparkles with orange, red and purple fall colors.
