Alnwick Garden, Northumberland is one of the largest green projects of the last century in England. The Harry Potter films were shot in these gardens, which has made the location internationally famous. Amongst other things, Van den Berk Nurseries has supplied 850 trained Carpinus betulus. They form a long pergola that visitors walk underneath. Also in the gardens are 175 different species of trees and shrubs, 166 topiary trees, 15,000 buxus and 25,000 Fagus, all stemming from Van den Berk Nurseries. The delivery even attracted the attention of the BBC. BBC TV came to Sint-Oedenrode to make a documentary about the company.
